At “FLORSHEIM”, we take great care in delivering your products to you, and we partner only with reputed national couriers. Shipping within India is FREE for all orders above Rs. 3000. For orders below that, we charge a flat Rs. 100 shipping fee.
Because each craftsman and artisan's process is unique, shipping times may vary. Look for shipping info in the “My Orders” section for individual shipping times.
Our courier partners deliver between Monday through Saturday: 9am to 7pm. Working days exclude public holidays and Sundays. Delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control including unexpected travel delays due to weather conditions and strikes.
As soon as your package ships, we will email you your package tracking information.
At Florsheim, we are committed to customer delight and making online shopping a pleasant experience. All products are scrutinized for quality and size before dispatch.
If the product doesn’t fit or meet expectations, you can place a return request in the “My Orders” section. The product will be picked up within 5 working days.
To be eligible for return, products must not be used, washed, or dirty. The product must be returned in its original undamaged “Florsheim” box with all tags attached. Returns must be initiated within 15 days of delivery.
The “Florsheim” Care team must receive and approve your return request. Once approved, we will arrange for a return pickup.
If your merchandise arrives damaged, email photos along with your Order number and registered phone number within 48 hours of delivery to customercare@Florsheim.in.
Refunds will be processed within 2–3 working days after the product has been picked up and will reflect back in your account in 5–7 working days.
For store purchases with manufacturing defects, footwear may be repaired/refinished, replaced, or exchanged at full MRP within 365 days from invoice date, at company discretion.
Manufacturing defects include: Damaged Upper Material, Broken/Damaged Sole or Heel, Faulty Zippers or Buckles.
Not covered: Regular wear and tear, animal bites, burns, exposure to sharp objects, water damage, improper cleaning.
If a cancellation request is received before order processing, we will cancel and refund the full amount. Orders already processed/shipped cannot be cancelled.
COD is available for cart values between Rs 1,000 and Rs 10,000 across all serviceable locations.
For orders under Rs 1500, a nominal Rs 50 fee applies (including COD orders).
Only cash payments are accepted at delivery.
You may return part of your order. However, incomplete combos (e.g., Buy One Get One, free gifts) cannot be returned partially.
Free gifts must be returned along with the original product.
For COD refunds, a CASHGRAM link will be sent to your registered email and phone number. Refunds cannot be transferred to third-party accounts.
You will receive an email notification once your refund is initiated. Refunds typically reflect within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank.
